Italy 16-Day Trip Review, Tuscany Tour, Rome, Florence, Meeting Family in Sicily

We used this tour company for a two week trip throughout Italy. 
I usually piece together my travels and this was my first time using a company to make all arrangements for us, since three different families were involved and made payments easier. 
Everything exceeded my expectations; from planning, to communication, to the actual trip. 
I have nothing but positive things to say about the trip planners with this tour company. The hotels, the tours, the trains and even the transfer driver were all perfect.
