Italy Couple's Travel Review: Naples, Visiting Family in Calabria, Positano Hiking, Rome, Villages, Beaches, Food Tours & Wine

This was my second trip to Italy, and by far the most memorable, the most magical, and simply the most incredible thanks to the travel company that we used.  We were away in July for about two weeks, and were able to visit family in Calabria, and work our way to Positano, Naples, and finish up in our favorite city, Rome.  The time and attention that was given to our trip was absolutely first rate.  They took our interests, and how we like to travel very much to heart.  They also got to know me and my husband, and really made fantastic suggestions that were perfect for us!  The hotels that we stayed at were absolutely incredible in comfort, location, and service.  This was one of the most memorable trips that I have ever taken, and I truly feel it was primarily due to the assistance from this agency!  They were able to create a trip that offered us a perfect balance of busy site seeing, along with wonderful down time to explore on our own and at our pace.  
The organization of the trip was absolutely amazing.  They made sure everything was clearly organized for us.  They offered personal touches, that really expressed their time and care to creating a perfect itinerary for us.  Further, whenever there was a hiccup, they took care of it and helped us right away.  When they say 24 hour assistance, they are not kidding!  We had a minor mixup with our hotel, and it was fixed up beautifully, and without any interruption to our trip.  Actually, it was an additional memory of this trip that was a positive.  
I would use this travel agency again in the future without hesitation in planning a trip to Italy!  They are very knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and patient.  Impressive and impeccable service! I will hold this trip in my heart!  Simply fantastic!
