Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

The travel company was extremely well organized and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed our entire trip. The trip planner was more than helpful with any and all problems and the itinerary was well planned out and made coastal Croatia perfect for us. Accommodations were wonderful everywhere we went. Our tour driver was a fountain of relevant information made the driving pleasant and time pass quickly. He definitely knows his country and is proud of it.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Lunch in Split. The chef who was to conduct the cooking class was sick, the young kitchen staff more than made up it and the lunch was delicious.
Lunch at the winery in Plastovo with the pairings of their wines. Yummy
Oyster farm and feast of oysters and mussels
Detailed planning of all parts of our trip, especially taking care of us upon landing in Venice.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Perhaps a little more time in some of the places so we are not always on the move.
