Italy Family Trip Review: 12-Night Vacation

This trip was a long time coming,  We started planning and then Covid hit and everything was put on hold.  They checked in when things started to get better but we just were not able to travel due to certain rules.  Finally when things got better we reached out and Eleonora and team were more than happy to pick up where we left off.  We had a group of 17 traveling so it was a ton of back and forth and these ladies were more than patient and did a ton of work with all the changes we were making.  They offered suggestions and really were just wonderful to work with.  We were visiting 4 cities with tours and transportation and when we arrived in Italy we had constant communication every step of the way.  Everything was great!!  we had one bus issue (no fault of theirs) but these ladies jumped into action to make sure we got where we needed to be and stayed in constant contact with what was going on.  I cannot say enough good things about this group!  We had a memorable trip with 3 generations of our family.  I would recommend anyone going to Italy to use these ladies to help plan the trip of a lifetime.
