Italy Family Vacation Review: Rome, Florence, Sorrento, Tuscany, Amalfi Coast, Capri Boat Tour, Pizza & Gelato Making Class

Within 24 hours of contacting Zicasso I was put in contact with two companies.  I began to work with our Italy travel company's two agents who put together a preliminary plan .  They listened to my requests, understood what type of vacation I  wanted, gave suggestions and particularly helpful, how to avoid certain tourist trap offerings. 

We had a perfect blend of cultural sightseeing and relaxation.  Our Trip to Rome, Florence, Tuscany and the Amalfi coast had many moving parts and since I was tolling my family of 4,  I wanted many of the logistics organized and readied upfront so that I could relax on my vacation. Our agents prepared everything.  When the confirmation vouchers and itiniary arrived two weeks before trip time it was an amazing comprehensive package that I had not expected. Each day's details or confirmation voucher were organized chronologically and I was able to tear off each sheet day by day.  Not one detail was missing . Every driver was on time, professional, warm, courteous and safe and I was freed from the stress of figuring out transportation details.  Every hotel was a pleasant surprise.   The tour guides were world class who brought us to the head of the line at all our attractions and numerous guides possessed advanced degrees in archeology or history bringing their unique special insights to each historical site.  This was a first class trip, which even my adult children, 19 and 24  astutely appreciated all the fine elements of this trip.
