Italy Family Vacation Review: Venice, Rome, Florence, Positano, Amalfi Coast, Lake Como, Sistine Chapel, Vatican, Colosseum

From the minute I submitted by Zicasso request, I was contacted by email from 3 travel companies, but only one of those also followed up with a phone call, and that was this company.  

Throughout the entire trip planning process, our agent and his partner were amazingly pleasant, attentive and responsive to every inquiry I made either via email or phone call.  

This was my second trip to Italy so I knew somewhat of how I wanted to travel and what I wanted done differently this time.  Our travel agent listened to my concerns and ideas and had great advice on how to plan the tour.  

This company has high quality first class vendors in every city in Italy.  They accommodated our big group of 10 travelers expertly.  We traveled from Venice in the north, to Lake Como, to Rome, to small towns in the mountains and down to the Amalfi Coast.  Our travel agency was there, on time, with first class transfers and quality hotel accommodations every step of the way.  Not one time was our large group of 10 travelers left waiting for a transfer or a tour guide.  Every part of the trip that was set up by our travel agency started on time, was handled with professionalism and ended fantastically.  Additionally, the tour guides that were used for our cultural tours were simply amazing.   The tour guides were prompt, spoke English very well and were extremely knowledgeable of the subject matter they were showing us.  

Setting up this type of vacation with a group our size (or any size) can be very difficult in Italy.  Complicated travel restrictions, governmental requirements for transfers, difficult access to roads and small hotels all make for complicated planning.  Our agent and his team handled our requests professionally and came through brilliantly in every instance.  

 I truly cannot think of one thing that was lacking or less than outstanding regarding our experience.  This company quite simply knows their business and how to meet and exceed their clients needs.
