The travel company provided a wonderful plan---beautiful hotels, perfect itinerary, wonderful guides, timely services. All arrangements and details worked out perfectly (except a train station confusion that was our issue). So grateful for each part of the plan because it was our first trip---and with a teenaer and an adult with some physical limitations, we had extra challenges. Thank you!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Beautiful hotels in perfect locations close to incredible restaurants. Loved seeing Rome but Florence was the wonderful in every way. Seeing Michaelangelo's David was on my bucket list and I was so happy to be able to see it with my family. Everyday had a terrific adventure with enough space not to get exhausted or overwhelmed. The two private guides were gracious and earnest about teaching us about their areas.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Find assistance or more information in the train station in Rome---figured out too late that we were being taken advantage of by a group of "helpers" looking for money for thier "assistance" to the correct platform & train.

Your overall comments on Zicasso

Zicasso's service worked out perfectly---I was overwhelmed with how to plan or find a travel agent with specific knowledge.
