Italy Luxury Family Tour Review: Santa Margherita, Cinque Terre, Florence, Chianti, Venice, Cooking Classes, Local Cuisine, Hiking

Everything!   

Flying into Genoa provided easy access to Santa Margherita, the first stop on our journey. The hotel there was a really special experience.  The hike in the Cinque Terre from Corniglia to Vernazza and Pesto making class were really special.  By far surpassed our expectations!
Our next stop was Florence.  Our guide was a total hoot!  She had us in stitches as we walked a 4 hour guided tour seeing the city highlights, which included the Davide.  All the restaurant recommendations were spectacular as well as our transfers to and from Chianti for the most special and intimate pasta making class and gelato class.  The pasta class felt as though we were invited into Celia’s and Massimo’s home. Biking Chianti was breathtaking and the gelato class was awesome!
Our last stop was Venice.  We had a slight hiccup in getting there as our train was cancelled (most were due to an accident).  But Alessandra and her team were able to save the day and quickly organized a car service.  This was unbelievable because all the rental cars and taxi’s were taken.  Alessandra team worked diligently to save the day- and they did. We were most impressed!
