Italy Luxury Tour Review: Food & Wine, Tours, 15-Day Vacation

This was a trip of a lifetime!  Giulia did a fantastic job at putting together a perfect Italy experience for us.  She asked what we were interested in and turned it into a customized trip for just my husband and I.  There was not one single hiccup with this trip.  Every time we were scheduled to meet someone, they were there on time and ready to provide us with amazing service.  They took care of every part of our accommodations, travel and tours.  Each tour guide and driver were professional, friendly and patient with our lack of knowledge on how things work in Italy.  The guides would even take us to places that were not on our itinerary if we had the extra time, nobody cut us short of any experience.
My husband inadvertently kept our room key after we checked out of our hotel (it was an actual key, not a key card) and we simply messaged Giulia and she took care of getting it returned to the hotel.  This whole trip was zero hassle for us.
