Italy Luxury Travel Review: Naples, Cinque Terre, Florence Food Tour, Path of the Gods, Statue of David, Vatican

We had such a wonderful trip from the planning phase to actual vacation itself. We initially worked with a travel specialist at this travel company to create an itinerary within our budget and get everything we wanted to see and do on it. Luckily, we didn't have to hold back on much because our schedule felt very flexible. Our planner was great at moving a few things around so we could fit in as much as we wanted. 
Our travel planner later helped us with all of our details. She gave us several options from what time we wanted to start our day to what times we'd like to take our trains. She was also gracious enough to offer us a list of restaurants and booked all of our dinner reservations for us. 
The trip itself was amazing. We went with all private tours and drivers. All of our drivers and guides were right on time if not earlier. They were all extremely friendly and accommodating. The guides and drivers were really what I was the most nervous about, but they all spoke great English and put us at ease right from the start by being so friendly. We have no regrets on going the private route, it was so worth it. Many of the guides seemed to know nice, small places to visit where we got to meet local businesses where a group would probably be a little awkward.
What really speaks to how great the company is, was when our planned hiking tour to Cinque Terre got rained out. The planner called me to ask our preference for other possibilities since we couldn't go, and we ended up getting a really nice food tour of Florence instead. She gave us another option, but once she said "food tour" my mind was made up. The tour was great and with the same guide that we were going to have for our walking tour the next day. Also, when there was an accident that delayed our train, our planner also called me to let me know the delay and to msg her on an App once we got to our hotel to make sure we were all right. I love that they have an app where we can reach them with any questions, even though we didn't use it much. The travel planner also msg'd us with a reminder on for what time we needed to meet our driver to catch our flight back home.
