Our travel team delivered on this trip! From start to finish, there was never a hiccup in the three-week plan Zicasso’s travel agent created for us. Every driver and tour guide was where they were supposed to be when they were supposed to be there, and mostly, all were outstanding.

Part of our trip included walking the path of our ancestral roots in the Abruzzo region. Our travel agent made it her mission to contact a local guide who could reach out to officials in these small communes to secure any information about our grandparents that would be of benefit to us. Normally, this kind of service would cost a pretty penny. However, it was a courtesy she extended to us. The bottom line is, our travel agent is a master of her craft and anyone considering a trip to Italy would be served well by her.
