Italy Luxury Vacation Review: Sardinia, Amalfi Coast, Florence, Tuscany, Private Boat Trip, Vineyard Tour

The most memorable parts of our trip were numerous. It started in Sardinia (our travel agent was aware my grandmother grew up in the village of Tempio). She planned a guided tour for us, where I experienced how she grew up. We visited a World War 1 memorial park, discovering my great uncle was memorialized there. We visited my grandmother’s schools, church, and the location of a market the family owned. It was very moving.

Next, off to the Amalfi Coast! We enjoyed our days doing the things we love the most: hiking the Path of the Gods, spending a day exploring the Amalfi Coast via private boat, and experiencing places only the locals know. Last but not least, a vineyard with gourmet food!

Finally, Florence and the Tuscany wine country. We learned all about the history of Florence and spent an idyllic day bike riding through the vineyards of Tuscany, stopping for food and wine!
