Zicasso’s tour operator did an excellent job planning our trip! We planned a vacation to Italy and Switzerland and wanted to see as much as we could with our limited time off. Our tour company worked in nearly all of our requests, planning an itinerary involving five cities in 10 days.

Each of the hotels was great and all activities and train transfers went smoothly. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and would work with this company again on a future European vacation.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

We checked off many bucket-list items in a short time span, including a tour of the Roman Colosseum, Venetian gondolas, and exploring the Swiss Alps. We also did a Venetian mask-making class, which was very unique and fun. We got many of the benefits of a group tour, but the freedom of independent exploring.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We would make no changes. The trip was planned just how we wanted it for a first visit to mainland Europe. However, if we were to return, we might plan fewer locations and spend more time in each spot.
