Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

We had a wonderful trip and are extremely happy with the planning and services that this travel company provided. There were a couple of minor hiccups, but their 24/7 service addressed them and took care of it. We were very impressed with Rose, and how she listened to our desires, and built a wonderful trip around our requirements. She was intimate with the areas we wanted to visit, and consequently made excellent recommendations for hotels and activities. Every hotel had excellent views, and close access to the key areas we wanted to see.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

So many to choose from! We loved hiking the Cinque Terre, shopping in Bellagio, and riding the Bernina Express over the Alps.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Not sure I would change anything - we were very happy with what we accomplished. We might spend more time in Milan than we did.
