They are at your disposal the minute you arrive to the minute you depart.  Our travel agent arranged a wonderful trip for us; Milan, Bellagio, Venice, Florence Tuscany, Amalfi Coast and Rome.  The accommodations were outstanding.  All the private tours, transfers and activities were scheduled perfectly.  No delays or missed appointments.  The guides and drivers were absolutely wonderful!  Knowledgeable, friendly, engaging and quite humorous.  They were all able to circumvent the crowds and provided a great local perspective.  We would highly recommend going with this agent and her company!  You won't regret it!!
