This travel agency gets 10 stars!

It was a wonderful trip. Our travel agency made it so easy!!! We had a few conference calls about what we were looking for and we worked together on itinerary- they were so exceptional at listening to what we wanted and made suggestions. The trip was perfect. Our agents had everything planned perfectly no detail left undone. They went above and beyond what we expected.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Our first stop was Venice which was beautiful. The hotel our agents arranged for us was so elegant. The restaurants were delicious and the activities we had planned were perfect. Venice we thought was our favorite until we got to Florence which was also perfect which became our favorite. Each city that we went to in Italy became our favorite. It was off the charts!!!!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

we would not have rented a car for part of the trip.
