The travel designer, of this travel company, orchestrated our fabulous vacation for 6 friends--2 weeks in Sicily and 4 nights in Rome.  Our designer was easy to work with as she was thorough in making sure we got a good feel of the Island.  She was thorough in organizing our transportation needs, local private guides, hotel accommodations, and organized activities of our interest.  Everything was taken care of.   While on our trip, the designer was in contact with me...making sure everything was going as planned and we were enjoying ourselves.  
The travel company also stands by their motto of customer satisfaction.  On our last night in Rome, we had an unforeseen plumbing issue in the well appointed apartment we rented.  The designer helped us contact the rental agent to take care of the issue and provided a partial refund for our inconveniences.
I would recommend and use this travel company for future Italy travels.
