Italy Travel Agent Review: Lake Como, Milan, Bellagio, Boat Tour, Wine Tasting, 5-Day Tour

We had some problems throughout our tour;
1) When we arrived in Como, they had us booked into a triple room, even though our third person had paid the same amount as us.
 A call to the helpline resolved it satisfactorily. The same type of reservation was also made for Milan but was quickly corrected.
2) We were scheduled to have a 3-hour boat trip on Sunday, but the weather forecast was for rain on Sunday, so our city tour and lunch were switched to Sunday and we did the boat tour on Friday, which indeed was a beautiful day for the boat tour. The boat tour was scheduled for 9:30 according to the voucher, but the guide did not show up until 10:30.
3) Wine tour voucher for Saturday stated the event would begin at 10:00 am, but we were informed late Friday that it would begin at 8. We were not pleased with this change and it was moved to 8:45
4) City tour for Sunday was to begin at 9:30. Guide arrived at 10:30.
5) Was not able to get reliable internet in the Como hotel room.
Basically, all of the voucher times were incorrect.
The drivers were excellent. We enjoyed the hotels. The tours, once begun, were great, as were our guides. We enjoyed everything, but the above mentioned inconveniences.
