Italy Travel Review: Rome, Florence, Amalfi Coast, Positano, Naples, Pompeii, Capri Boat Tour, Tuscany Biking Wine Tour

5 Stars are not enough to describe the excellent trip that this Italy travel agent planned for my husband and me! We traveled to Italy for the first time to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and from the moment we stepped off the plane in Rome, every detail of our trip was perfect!

Our agent arranged drivers, hotels, tours, and many special moments included a wonderful wine and food pairing in Rome and a fun multi-course meal and lemoncello-making lesson at a beautiful restaurant overlooking the Mediterranean along the Amalfi Coast. And when friends joined us for a few days mid-trip, she made all their arrangements as well, accommodating their requests and travel needs in addition to our own.

My agent listened to my requests - bigger meals at lunch, lighter meals at dinner - opportunities to find our own restaurants - active hiking and bike tours rather than less active tours - and accommodated each request beautifully. In addition, her travel suggestions added immensely to the trip. I had originally thought we would like to stay a few nights in Cinque Terre and she convinced me that it would be better to spend several days on the Amalfi Coast and make Cinque Terre a day trip. Perfect advice!! I'm certain our time in Positano will be the highlight of our trip as it was absolutely beautiful!! I'm so thankful she suggested it!

While we were traveling, our agent checked in regularly to make sure every detail was in order. Her strong relationships in the industry, her attention to detail, and delight in sharing her country were fantastic. She made traveling so easy that all we had to do was relax and enjoy her beautiful country and each other!
