We had a wonderful trip to Italy! Our Zicasso travel agent was very helpful in crafting a trip that fit our needs. The accommodations were fabulous, the tours interesting, and having a little free time at each place was wonderful! Of course, we would have loved to stay longer, but we'll have to go back!

We had a little trouble with our air travel and would have missed the food tour on our first day. Our agent provided a very detailed itinerary, so we were able to reschedule our airport pick-up and the team helped us reschedule the food tour. It all worked out nicely and we really enjoyed our trip.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

We loved Tuscany! It was so beautiful and literally a breath of fresh air after crowded cities. We really loved the food tour, Pompeii, and the Forum. The food was fantastic everywhere.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would spend another day in Rome, another day or two in Tuscany, and cut out Florence. It was just too crowded.
