Italy Travel Review: Rome, Venice, Florence, Amalfi Coast, Sorrento, Tuscany, Dante Sculpture Museum

Our agent did everything possible to make our trip to Italy perfect.  From our first conversation, she listened to our concerns.  When we decided to make changes she made them quickly and willingly. On our first day in Florence I got sick and at the last minute, had to cancel our tour for that day. (I tried to reschedule with them but they were booked for the season).  I emailed our agent and she immediately found us the same tour with another tour company on one of our free days.  All of our tours, hotels and drivers were top notch & everything went like clockwork.  With everything being hot and crowded, It was always a relief at the end of a long train ride to have our driver meet us at the station and take us to our hotel.  Being high season, every Gallery and Museum had long lines going for blocks and/or weeks - long waiting lists.  With our agent's guidance, all or our tickets were purchased in advance so we scooted right in.  Thanks to her knowledge of Italy, her professionalism and thoroughness, we were able to see much more than we would have if we had tried to book on our own.  As a result we had a wonderful, full, but relaxing and worry free vacation.
