Italy Travel Review: Turin, Milan Food Tour, Cuceglio Winery Tours, Palazzo Madame, Palazzo Reale

I had a wonderful experience with this Italy travel agent. From her first email, I felt she knew exactly what we would like to do.  Her responses to my emails came quickly and we ended up having a great trip.  Our trip to northern Italy took us to Milan, Turin, and my cousin's winery in Cuceglio, Tenuta Roletto. We encountered several problems and had to change our itinerary during the trip.  Our agent kept in touch on a daily basis to assist in any way she could. We went on several really nice private tours including a Milan walking tour, a Milan foods tour, and tours of Palazza Madame and Palazza Reale in Turin. The tour guides were all first class!  In addition, the hotels she booked for us were top notch and locations were perfect for sightseeing. I hope to work with this agency again in the future. Since I had never been to Italy, I was content that the personal attention we received would avoid the mistakes made when personally scheduling a vacation in an area we did not know.
