Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

We booked a custom itinerary for 8 nights in northern Italy. We travelled to Tuscany, Cinque Terre and Lake Como. Giulio at this travel company did an exceptional job arranging our transportation, excursions and private tours. Our tour guides and drivers were outstanding and really enriched our experience. Giulio was very accommodating and responded quickly whenever we had questions or concerns. I wouldn’t hesitate to arrange travel with Zicasso or this travel agency in the future. We are very grateful for their efforts in making our vacation an excellent experience!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Our drivers and tour guides were excellent! So was the private wine tour and the delicious lunch afterwards.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We wouldn’t take the cooking class in Tuscany. It was very basic and the chef did most of the most interesting steps without us. Afterwards, although we enjoyed the pasta and tiramisu, we were very full from the delicious and elaborate lunch that we had finished shortly before. Also, the winery that hosted the cooking class provided another wine tasting with each course. We had already done a wine tasting earlier that day and had wine pairing with our five course lunch. It was a bit much for one day.
