Italy Trip Review: 9-Night Vacation to Rome, Sicily & Florence

It was a special trip for my wife's 60th Birthday.  Laura was crucial in making the agenda and listening to my desires.  She competed against another Zicasso company and won because of her great listening skills and flexibility to make the trip special.  Her personalized follow-up along our actual travel was PRICELESS.  She personally took the time to reach out at each transitional spot of our itinerary.  She handled 2 events super well during our travel.  First was not being happy with the location we were staying at in Palermo and the second was big travel day in Sicily and deciding to make it a Free Day with a driver.  She won my heart because she simply wanted to help fix it versus spending time to understand why.
