Italy Trip Review: Florence, Tuscany, Roman Ruins, 9-Day Vacation

I would build more time into the Florence area and add a few more hours at the Roman ruins.  There was so much I still wanted to see and do around Florence, and 3.5 days was not enough.  A full day in Tuscany was also not enough, so would spend more time there (maybe even an overnight) to give us more time to do tastings and explore the towns.  
I would also not have so much time built into getting to/from train stations.  We were picked up from our accommodations very early and then had to sit at the stations for a long time (with minimal to no seating).  Other than that, we were very appreciative of the transportation to/from our different apartments.
