After some initial communication problems, our travel specialist from the agency created a beautiful trip for us.
It is essential to my peace of mind to have timely communication and I almost gave the company 4 stars but once she became involved there were no more issues. She kept in touch with us on a daily basis via WhatsApp once we were in Italy. We received updates with times for pickups, names and phone numbers of drivers, etc.
We loved all the hotels and the activities our travel agent reserved for us were special and memorable.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The Piemonte area of Italy and the Dolomites were beyond spectacular and memorable. We would have loved to have spent more time in Northern Italy which is so scenic.
We had not been to Venice before and I was surprised by how enchanting the city is. It is so clean and so much fun. The absence of cruise ships makes it especially lovely.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We would have spent 1 less day in Lake Garda which is beautiful but touristy.
We would have spent 1 more day in the Dolomites and 1 more day in Venice.
