Our travel agents were excellent.  Their recommendations were spot on and precisely what we were looking for in our trip.  Throughout the process of planning our trip and the trip itself they were nothing but cheerful, helpful, and were always available and prompt to respond when we had any questions.  When we did run into some issues with the car service, they were very responsive and worked diligently to rectify the problem.
