Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Our travel agent helped us design a custom trip to Italy that was exactly what we wanted. All the details were perfect - hotels, transfers, guides, drivers, etc. were wonderful, on time, and as planned.
We were able to reach our travel agent easily when we needed to and found them very responsive to questions.
We had some special requests for the hotels where we stayed. The agent had clearly communicated the requests for us prior to our arrival, and the hotels all expected our requests and were able to meet them.
We had some very specific things which we wanted to do while on this trip, such as cooking classes and hikes, and the ones the agent arranged were excellent and exceeded our expectations.
Overall, it was a wonderful trip and we would use this travel company again with no hesitation.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

We did two private cooking classes - one on the Amalfi Coast at an organic winery and one in Como at the chef's home. Both were amazing. We were able to pick our menu for both classes and thoroughly enjoyed preparing an incredible meal at both locations. Both chefs we worked with were extremely good and personable teachers. We feel like we will be able to prepare both meals on our own.
We also did three hikes with excellent guides - in Capri, Positano, and Cadenabbia on Lake Como. These hikes took us to out of the way places with incredible views. The guides were very accommodating of our physical limitations (we are both senior citizens but still very active).

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I cannot think of anything we would change.
