Our travel company and our agent were very thorough and more importantly easy to work with.  He was always very attentive and booked exactly the right trip we asked for.  Our travel agent had a lot of latitude, but spent the time up front understanding our trip expectations, cost needs, and more importantly our personalities.  He understood who we were and therefore exceeded all of our expectations by tailoring lodging, experiences, and overall satisfaction to our needs.   Great Job to our agent and his company!
