Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

My husband and I came together over our love for travel and wanted to celebrate our 20th anniversary by exploring Italy. Our Zicasso travel partner pulled together hotels, transportation, and activities that gave the right support, without limiting our wanderlust. She was very responsive; for example, when a train ticket machine was uncooperative. Everything was absolutely perfect and we will look to our tour operator again for future vacations!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Our hotels were all conveniently located in the center of things, so our exploratory walks and evening drinks at charming cafes are what we will remember longest. And the food tour of Emilia-Romagna …

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

The only thing that would have been better is if it were longer.
