We had wanted a very customized and individualized trip into some areas of Italy that are not easily accessible and not on the main tourist routes.  Our agent and her contact in Italy did an exceptional job of prebooking our B&Bs, sending us our vouchers for trains, drivers and guides.  As well, they kept in contact via texting, email and phone to alert us of train strikes, time changes etc. The guides they chose were very knowledgeable and accommodating and two of them went beyond expectations to help us find church records of our ancestors.  Without speaking Italian, such research would have been impossible so these guides were a necessity.  The B&Bs chosen were all of highest quality and were usually in the centre of the old cities.  I would recommend this agency if you are looking for someone who is very knowledgeable of the country and who works closely with her clients to tailor the trip to meet their needs.
