Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Zicasso’s travel partner exceeded our expectations. All 16 adults on the trip have said they would highly recommend our agent to anyone traveling to Italy. The team was in daily contact, reminding us of the next day’s plans. Every guide and driver was exceptional.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

We visited Naples, Pompeii, Rome, and Florence. The knowledge each of our guides had for their cities made memories we will share for a lifetime. It’s hard to say what was best.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We would perhaps not take a free day. We could have used a bit more knowledge of Rome. We visited a couple of sights that were mentioned by our guide, which was good. A little more shopping info would have been helpful, but that’s definitely on me and not our tour operator!
