Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Zicasso’s travel agent and her company did an excellent job creating a custom trip for my family. Everything was perfectly timed and co-ordinated, and the drivers, tour guides, and hotel accommodations were spectacular. The helpdesk was highly responsive and helpful during our trip. I would definitely use them for our next trip. In fact, we have already booked a trip for next year back to Italy using our agent and her company.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Everything was great, but the greatest surprise was our hotel room in Rome. My husband and I were traveling with our teenage children and I was hoping to find an apartment or hotel suite that would enable us to all be together and to have some common space to relax together. The hotel suite our travel agent found for us was amazing! It was so special, with a balcony overlooking Rome. I can't wait to go back!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We were just talking about how great it was. There isn't anything I would change.
