Italy Vacation Review, Pompeii, Florence, Sorrento, 11-Day Tour

Overall the trip was fun, we thought the transfer drivers were courteous and on time.  The guides in Pompeii and Florence were especially knowledgeable about the subjects we were looking at!
The hotels were a bit of a disappointment.  Their service was mediocre, the bathroom at the hotel in Sorrento was dated and leaky, we tried to have their maintenance team look at this.  Light fixtures were also literally falling from the ceiling in the room and bathroom.
I felt the locations of the hotels were good but they were 3* properties and I think over represented during the Zicasso quoting process.
The WiFi system provided was unreliable and cheap, it over heated many times also.  I would have expected a more robust unit, this one perhaps was past it's prime and was several years old.
Given what we know now and the hotel experiences we feel the package was over priced.
