Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Daniela and her team did a great job setting up our itinerary (multiple iterations!) with great patience and awesome recommendations. We had to make adjustments while we were traveling and they responded very quickly as well as were able to make the unexpected changes we needed.
It was very easy to maintain communications while on our trip using WhatsApp. Extremely responsive.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Visiting Portofino and Cinque Terre

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We should have asked ourselves the hard questions ahead of time around our ability to sustain an aggressive schedule of the number of cities, how many trains, etc. We should have set up a much more laid back itinerary.
