Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

We have come to expect excellent service from Zicasso and the Local agencies they engage and we were totally pleased with the arrangements and the support systems. There were only a few areas that were not serious issues, more suggestions.
These included:

The hotel in Rome was lovely. However, being in the Pantheon area the street was always busy. This was not a major issue for us but I can see where it might be for some people.
There was a miscommunication I think about the "cooking class" in Bologna. We expected a more classroom like setting and a broader approach as opposed to a focus on just making pasta. This is likely a misunderstanding, not a major issue but just to be aware of it.

Other than these things we were very satisfied.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

We very much enjoyed Bologna overall and the Food, Wine ETC Tour in the countryside was amazing.
We also liked Ravenna, a beautiful town and very interesting history.
Bellagio was of course magnificent, the Hotel setting was lovely. (Though just 2 comments here, the rooms etc were very nice-however there were small things like not being able to adjust or turn off the A/C and it was cool in the mountains! The other thing here was the food. While interesting and beautifully presented it never varied in the days we were there. We expected more variety given the quality of the hotel.)
We enjoyed a lovely boat ride in Bellagio and the town is really quite nice.
One great thing overall was having the ability through "whatsApp" to communicate with the Customer Service folks easily when we needed to adjust timing etc--this was a really great benefit.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Ah--good question!!
Well ideally we usually spend more time in places (towns etc) when we travel. But this time we had opted for a shorter trip and we realize we prefer more time in the places we enjoyed the most.
For example, we would have definitely spent more time in Bologna and Ravenna. We could spend years in Italy and it would likely not be enough!!
