Italy Vacation Review: Rome, Florence, Sorrento, Vatican, Colosseum, Pompeii

Our trip was fabulous. Our travel agent was very helpful in getting the trip set up - giving us ideas, alternatives, costs, etc.   It took just a few days, emails back and forth and one phone call and she did all the rest of the work from there!

We spent 7 days in Rome. Our travel agent recommended and booked a hotel in a great location, set up transfers and tours for us every day.  And best of all, once we were there, everything worked like clockwork - drivers were always there  on time (usually10 - 15 mins early), guides were knowledgeable and helpful, tickets/reservations allowed us to skip the lines in many of the major attractions (Vatican City; Colliseum, etc), and the hotel was wonderful.  Our agent also provided restaurants recommendations near our hotel and helpful information on tipping and dress.  Finally, she provided an italian cell phone with gps, maps, our itineraries and of course her phone number programmed in and called us upon arrival and midweek to be sure everything was going ok.

For easy, stress-free travel in Italy,  I highly recommend this agent and this company.
