Italy Vacation Review: Rome, Florence, Venice, Tuscany, Cinque Terre, Positano, Capri, Sorrento Wine Tasting, Pompeii, Vatican Tour

My Italy travel agency was extremely responsive from the day that we starting planning our Italian trip to the last day we were in Italy.  Our agent was highly professional, wonderful to speak with and truly had our best interests at heart. For example, we had a tour of the Vatican and it was quite an early start but our agent explained to us that we would be much happier to go early because of the big crowds later in the morning/afternoon. She was absolutely correct. She understood how to make the most of every day for us. She truly loved Italy and her sincerity was so refreshing. I completely trusted her. Our agent and her company ensured our trip was truly memorable.  We wanted to tour a lot of Italy in two weeks and she made sure all of our travel connections were smooth and flawless.  Our trip was planned very effectively. Our agent asked good questions as we were planning and we told her that we loved to hike, walk and had a lot of energy therefore she was able to match our itinerary with our pace and desires. The hotels- all of them, the guides, the drivers, and her team were outstanding. The company's welcome book was there upon our arrival in Rome.  Everything was included - all vouchers, train tickets, car rental information, maps and restaurant suggestions was awaiting us and very well organized!  And having an Italian phone was very helpful in our travels.  We were very pleased with our amazing trip! This travel agency is fantastic.
