Italy Vacation Review: Rome, Florence, Venice, Tuscany, Lucca, Vatican Tour, Cooking Class

This travel company and their agent did a fantastic job planning and executing this trip- Our agent listened to what we wanted and adjusted and adapted to meet our needs- the hotels were all well located and very nice- the private tour guides were absolutely fantastic and really made the trip for us.  I would highly recommend anyone planning to visit these amazing cities take a private tour- our guide in Rome has PhD in history and was so enthusiastic- we had two tours with him and he was amazing.  Everyone associated with this travel company was punctual and the transfers to and from the hotels made getting from city to city very easy. Our agent recommended Lucca to us and he picked the perfect city for us to unwind after the bustle of Rome and the almost overwhelming art of Florence.  There was a mix-up with one of the scheduled activities, but our travel company refunded our money for that activity and has even made the generous offer to offer a similar activity to us on our next trip with them, free of charge.  This was  a fantastic trip and we would highly recommend this company and this agent for anyone wanting a personalized trip to a wonderful country.  We look forward to booking with this company again to explore more of Italy.
