Our agent was a pleasure to work with. She understood what I wanted right away and was very sensitive to our particular needs. There were no unpleasant surprises and everything went according to plan, which is very difficult when traveling with a large group of people! She made this possible. I especially appreciated the smartphone she provided me with during our trip, complete with GPS, walking maps, and contacts I might have needed.
