Italy Vacation Review: Rome, Venice, Florence, Tuscany, Siena, Chianti, Bologna

My husband and I just returned from our trip to Italy.  It was awesome!  Through Zicasso, we selected this travel company.  Speaking with the coordinator, she quickly understood what we were looking for in our trip and sent a proposal for us to review.  She suggested locales throughout the places we wanted to visit while in Italy, including personal tours, drivers, all the transfers from one town to the other and hotels.  We were ecstatic with the proposal especially the personal service we wanted on this trip.  The itinerary was very detailed and organized.  We didn't want any stress of trying to find hotels and guides for tours and getting to the train or airport.  This was a once in a lifetime trip for us and our coordinator delivered!  The hotels she selected for us were fabulous, all were located in the center of all the towns we visited.  The rooms were beautiful, the breakfasts at each hotel were terrific and the hotel staff were very accommodating.  Our personal guides in Venice, Florence and Rome were so knowledgeable about their cities, we really enjoyed the tours and learned so much.  We had drivers and escorts who met us at the airport and/or hotels who transferred us from one city to the next on our itinerary.  This part of our trip was the best - the drivers and escorts were prompt and courteous.  I can't tell you how wonderful it felt to know that we didn't have to worry about anything, we were in good hands.
