Italy Vacation Review: Venice, Florence, Rome, Aviano, Colosseum

This was my first ' travel agency' trip ....... I had many questions and concerns having an outside agency make arrangements for my wife and I in a foreign country....... but I trusted Zicasso 's travel agent who set up my tour...... and I can truthfully say that everything was ABSOLUTELY first class!!!!

My wife and I were 'blown away' with the customer service, professionalism, timeliness, and quality of the each and every aspect of our trip!!  The hotels in Venice, Aviano, Florence, & Rome were perfect choices for us!  The staffs, accommodations, locations, and cost for what we wanted to spend were incredible!  Our private transfers were all in exceptionally nice vehicles (BMW, Mercedes, Audi).  I had immense worries that our schedule would be thrown into chaos by one or more of the 'transfers' being late or not showing up ......but each and every single one was professionally dressed, on time, ready for our arrival or departure..... the success of our trip was dependent on these crucial transportation links and every step of our trip was perfectly planned as if the Zicasso tour rep was doing the scheduling for themselves!

Brava, Brava, Brava!...  I am a fan of this travel agent & Zicasso!! They have my business on any type of structured tour from this day forward!  I have and will continue to promote Zicasso & this travel company to any and ALL of those wanting First Class treatment.
