Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

We found time to take a trip to Italy at the last minute but did not have time to plan the trip. Our agent listened to our wish list, made suggestions, tweaked the itinerary and accommodations a couple times, and then booked a trip which has given us memories to last a lifetime! We would be very grateful for just that much, but in addition, she was extremely responsive when a very small part of the experience (that we had actually requested) went wrong and at other times when we wanted to adjust the planned experience.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Without question, we loved our days in Cinque Terre. The hiking was amazingly invigorating and picturesque, the food rivaled restaurants in NYC for which we have paid a lot more, and the lodging was comfortable and welcoming.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Instead of staying in Florence for 3 nights, we would have made it one and two in Tuscany. And we would have taken the hotel on the water in Cinque Terre. Small adjustments to a trip that was wonderful as it was.
