Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Wonderful trip overall.
Pre-trip: The travel company (Carmen) was very responsive to trying to set up an itinerary that would satisfy a varied group (some who had been many times and some first-timers).
Hotels were spot on for location!!!
Private tour guides were excellent overall.
The local specialist (during the trip) was VERY responsive to our changing needs, wants and desires from arranging transportation to changing reservations and getting us reservations. It's tough to seat a group of 11 diverse adults with different agendas!
Would definitely use again.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The view from the hotel in Tuscany!
Walking out of the train station in Venice (puts a smile on my face every time).
The Amalfi Coast (and limoncello coolers)
Wandering the streets of Rome, Florence and Venice.
Wine tasting in Naples and Tuscany.
Learning about which gelato places to go to and which to avoid.....
The food. duh.
The view from the top of the Leaning Tower of Pisa.....

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

It is difficult to manage to see anything completely in 2 weeks.
Would have changed some of the places where we had dinner reservations (hindsight is 20/20).
Probably shortened Tuscany by one day and added it to Florence or Venice for those who were first timers to Italy. I love wandering around the city.
