Italy Vacation Review: Venice, Rome, Florence, Sorrento, Capri Sailing

If I could do 4 1/2 stars I would have!

Overall, our trip was outstanding! I loved the idea of Zicasso, getting bids from various travel companies. We received a wonderful itinerary from our agent at this Italy travel company and decided to contract with them. While we were in the process of planning and revising, our agent dropped off the grid. After several emails and calls, a new agent took over, and was fantastic! Unfortunately with presious planning time lost, which  resulted in us having difficulty finding accommodation in Sorrento, and a price increase in other properties. Although, the location was superb with beautiful views, the hotel was definitely dated, and the food was average. Our accommodations in Venice, Rome, and Florence were outstanding! All of our excursion and tour guides were on time, professional, and added their own unique style to every city. Our transfers were always on time, drivers were professional and drove high quality vehicles.
