Japan Luxury Travel Review: 12-Day Tour

As it was our first time in Japan, our tour operator curated the perfect itinerary for us. From our phone conversation, she was the only travel agent (we spoke to five from various companies) who really heard us and understood what type of trip we wanted. We did not know anything about Japan and she chose the perfect places for us to stay, with the most knowledgeable, friendly, and considerate guides. She also included free time, which we enjoyed, and offered suggestions, with detailed subway/taxi instructions and maps!

Zicasso’s travel partner also gave us approximate costs for different sites.

She took care of our luggage transport needs, with dates and times to have our bags at the front desk of each hotel, and written Japanese instructions to show our front desk staff where our bags were to be sent. It was effortless on our part and worked like a breeze. This allowed us to ride the bullet train with just a carry-on.

Our travel agent thought of every detail – details we didn't know we needed! Her accommodation recommendations exceeded our expectations. She priced our trip well within our budget! We cannot wait to go back and stay at the exact same accommodations.
