Zicasso’s travel specialists were excellent to work with. They were very informative and took our family's likes/dislikes into consideration when designing the trip. They were always available for any questions and sent regular updates along the way. We had a memorable trip that couldn't have gone better!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The history and culture were highlights.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We would plan a bit better if visiting Kanazawa in December. The hotel had very small rooms and was unlike those we visited in the other cities. It was snowing and we were not very well prepared. Transport was also an issue. There were no taxis available in the morning and we had to rush to the train station lugging our luggage. We barely caught a bus in time.
