Japan Travel Review: Local Culture, 15-Day Trip

We had an excellent experience with our travel company. We did not have a lot of time to plan the trip and Zicasso’s partner was very attentive to all our needs and expectations. We also had different people arriving and leaving the trip at different times, and this was coordinated to the last detail, with no complications.

In Japan, everything worked as expected, with an excellent selection of places to visit in each of the cities and excellent dinners. We enjoyed the hotels and the transportation vehicles when used. The tour guides were all very punctual, helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating.

We had a small issue with a hotel reservation, but this was handled very well by the company and our schedule was not disturbed. I mention this to emphasize the excellent service we received.
