Japan Travel Review: Tokyo and Kyoto

The travel company fully met my desires and expectations for our trip to Japan. We wanted a customized trip, mostly on our own, but with guides on a few days.  Where my ideas didn't make sense, they proposed better alternatives.  When I suggested a change to their proposal, they readily complied.  On arrival they provided a package with maps, schedules, vouchers and background information - everything we needed for a successful trip.  Finally, when my wife had to return home early for a family emergency, I was able to contact them quickly during off-hours, and they provided the information and assistance needed to get her back to Narita airport on short notice.  I highly recommend them.
