Great pre- and during-trip support and attention to detail. Logistics and advance info were flawless. This let us enjoy our trip to the fullest rather than worry about lodging and logistical issues.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

So many aspects to enjoying Japan. Super friendly and helpful people, delicious cuisine, great artistic and cultural experiences, hot springs everywhere (onsen!), the ultra modern and hi-tech alongside ancient temples and zen gardens, great wheelchair accessibility and walking tours.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Definitely going back because there is more I want to do in Japan. Would have like to experience natural outdoor mixed sex onsens ("rotemburo") and more wheelchair accessible onsens, more walking/rolling tours in zen gardens, and #1, to go skiing and onsen hopping in the mountains near Nagano and Hokkaido/Sapporo.
